hey photogs here's the location of our booth.
pls familiarise yourselves with the game rules/ how the game works:
SHOOT-OUT
1. Participants can participate as individuals or as a team (no limit to no. of ppl)
2. From the 10 postcards, let the participant pick out one of them randomly
3. Once he/she has finished reading the card, start timing him/her for the game. Time limit is 8 mins (i.e. he/she must report back to photog booth by the end of the 8 mins to win the prize)
4. He/she is to snap photos of 3 specified things listed on the card within 8 mins using camera phone/ digi cam: i) A place in NYJC ii) A photog member iii) Any member of a particular CCA
5. He.she must pose with all 3 things listed in each photo taken.
6. If task is completed within 8 mins, prize is given ( a set of 4 card-sized neoprints worth $2).
Sale of Neoprints (a set of 4 card-sized, at $2)
1. Photo is taken (with the use of backdrop)
2. Load photo into laptop. Select template for neoprint.
3. Print out the pics and collect payment.
Specific Roles needed: Cashier (to collect $ from sales), 2 fixed game masters, 2 fixed ppl for sale of neoprints, at least 1 fixed promoter, mobile promoters, mobile event photographers.
