Hey guys, here are further details regarding open house:
1) Sean, Si Ying, Dora - Booth people (fixed)
2) Tsu Hui, Hong Siew, Esther - Event photographers (fixed)
As for the rest of us, we'll be taking turns to do either the Booth job or the Photog job as mentioned earlier in today's meeting.
Wear: Photog Tee
Attendence: All must stay for the entire Open House. Don't even think of sneaking off 'cos the next time I see you I'll make a nice filet out of you man... haha (x
Meet at the Booth (near the Bookshop/ SC Board) before the start of Open House. If you've got your own camera, pls bring alot so you can cover the event too.
Booth (fixed) people and exco pls meet earlier at the Booth area to set up the Booth.
